As to the issues..

As you plugging the phone in via a lead and/or using Bluetooth if it has that facility.
Does it go to phone mode even if your phone isn’t present?

Hi my phone is not connected at all and doesn’t have this facility ! It is flashing tp in the screen if that has anything to do with it!

 

Is it a mk1 or mk2 model?

Whilst I’m not a whiz kid on this issue , usually a battery disconnect for 20 mins plus can help reset things.

Someone else may be able to help when they drop in.

Please do as @Psshaw has asked, 2012 is the changeover year, so it could be a MK1 or it could be a MK2. They have very different radios. Thank you.
