Hi, new member here in need of help and advice.

I have a Kuga 69 Reg 1.5 TDCI FWD and I have the constant problem of during driving at various speeds and gear positions is that the car goes limp, speed loss, revs down and makes a grinding noise at the front of the car before it catches back up with itself. I have been to Ford Lookers and sods law couldn't find the issue and because there is no engine light or error code, it doesn't seem to warrant further investigation. Same with a local garage after a service.

If anyone has had a similar issue, please do let me know.

Cheers
Kyle

What is the date of registration, you could still be in manufacturers warranty…just.
It could be anything really and any decent dealer should be able to sort

If you can ask a passenger to maybe make a video recording of it as and when it next decides to show up that may help. Just proof to Ford that there is a problem there. We did this for an intermittent screen blanking issue for my wife's Ecosport that's still ongoing. At least that way you're covered if you managed to report whilst the car was sunder warranty.
