I have send my car to the Service Centre for replace the rear tyre sensor, and after that the mechanic suggest to update my car software for better condition
After finished software installation, there are two symptoms coming out

  • Car temperature indicator go to maximum level
  • Very Hard Knocking when I shift N to D gear

Senior Mechanic take over this to find the problem occur and made some software alteration to normalise the condition.
The senior mechanic can only normalise the high temperature problem but can’t soft the hard knocking problem and they said that they could not replicate the problem

Any idea what it can be. It only happens in first gear. All the rest of the gears shifts smoothly with no problem.

This happens even when the car has warmed up and even after an hour of driving.

Welcome to the forum.

There is programming required on the 6F35 torque converter auto trans that matches the specs of the interna; valve bodies to the PCM. Hopefully they didn't stuff around with that?

Perhaps get the basics checked first- has the trans oil ever been changed and has the level been checked by them?

Tank You Very Much Sir for helping me solving this matter.

There's also what Ford call "As Built" data files that can be downloaded - they're what the vehicle came programmed with from the factory.

It would also be worthwhile checking the trans fluid level (not easy to do as there's no dipstick) and perhaps look into get at least a drain and refill done. The factory service interval is ridiculously long and it's unlikely it would have been changed since leaving the factory.
