Maybe the on-site “techs” can assist

 

Do a pressure test on the cooling system, possibly it will help pinpoint the leak, most likely the HG though, I’m afraid.

 

A sniff test will tell you if there is a head gasket or cracked head problem.

 

Sounds like a cracked cylinder head, I had exactly the same issue with my car when I first got it, luckily the garage fixed it and covered the cost
