I have a Kuga PHEV. My Trip Computer is showing 7192.3 Total Miles and yet showing Electric Miles as 9300.2. My understanding is that if I deduct Electric miles from total miles the result would be the number of miles driven by petrol. i.e. total miles should exceed electric miles all the time.
Whilst typing this the thought comes to mind that perhaps when the gauge reaches 9999.9 it goes back to 0000.0 whilst the EM in my example has not yet reached 9999.9. So in effect TM should read 17192.3? Can anyone put my mind to rest please.
