SPEED LIMITER BEEPS

Just picked up my new 2024 PHEV and wondered if there is anyway to permanently switch off the 3 beeps which happen everytime I go 1 mph or more over the speed sign displayed on the dash?
Yes you can turn it off by holding the button down until the display tells you it is off. However you will have to do this every time you start the car, pita I know but it only takes about three seconds so it isn’t really a hardship.

Totally agree with the not speeding in the first place, however the issue I found, on day one of having the new car yesterday, is that unless the car can see a speed limit sign right away (after starting up and pulling on to a road), it defaulted to 30 as the limit so a few times I was on a 50 limit (for example) and the car thought it was a 30 so was beeping all the time.
I found the same with the cruise control setting itself to whatever speed you are doing at the time you turn it on. Now I have got into the routine of turning the cruise on before I move the car and this seems to set it at the correct speed.
