Hi guys
I have recently purchased my Kuga 2011. I have been told by the Ford dealer that I don't need a radio code for the Sony DAB stereo, which I am a bit strange and of course I have driven the car away from the dealer without getting a code from them. Does Sony DAB really not require radio code if for example the battery is disconnected, in which case an entry of the code is required?
Also I notice when I am on FM (haven't got chance to test other conditions), randomly I can hear the volume of the sound suddenly increase, then after 10s of seconds, it reduces again. Is this a common problem? Should I get it checked by the dealer and repaired or replaced?
Thanks a lot for your help!
