Noisy in EV mode

Hi. Is it normal for a 'clattering' sound when accelerating from start in EV mode? Sounds a bit like my fridge noise. Not particularly loud and disappears after a few seconds of accelerating. Something to do with the battery or is it the engine? Anyone else noticed this?

Doesnt sound right .... is that accelerating just on battery power or battery and engine.....
I haven't heard it on mine ...just a slight motor whine

When it uses battery and engine. Doesn't do it if accelerating on electric. TBH it sounds more like a 'gurgling' like my fridge does when you've shut the door.

I have heard the gurgling sound sometimes but when parked Thought it was battery coolant system sounded like maybe air in system ...but certainly nothing when accelerating in either mode.......or maybe a loose exhaust shield the wifes kia does it on cold start up there is a rattle once hot it goes .....
