Does any know anything about the front flaps behind the grille, on later models, that are supposed to open and close?
I can see them, but I've never seen them in any other position other than open, unless they do something while driving, and I don't think ratcheting my girlfriend to the bonnet to check on the next supermarket trip, will go down well at all.
I presumed they would close when it's colder and open in warmer weather, but maybe it's an aerodynamic thing and they close only at higher speeds, maybe
