I decide to stay with Ford kit. The quotes I was given were similar so I stayed OEM.
There appeared to be some confusion over what discs and pads were fitted, so on this occasion Ford got the job.

Funny, I’ve had many new cars (fool) and not one said about bedding brakes in, although I knew to do it.

Ford stealers told me to bed them in for 100 miles or so. Have to say the first few times they were 💩. Not bad now but a way to go though.
