maybe a stoopid question?

I have an AWD beast, i know that most of the time the power drives just 2 wheels, and th eother 2 kick in when traction is needed,

what are the 2 wheels that drive most of the time - is it front or back?

apologies in advance for being dumb!

The main drive train is to the front wheels with the Haldex AWD kicking in and diverting up to 50% of the power to the rear wheels when required.

I had a Haldex controlled Audi A3 3.2 Quattro once and put a Haldex performance controller on (I think it was called) which apportioned more torque to the rear wheels and quicker.

So presume it would be possible with the Kuga to make it more of a ""˜proper' 4WD if wanted.
