Hi all, I have a new 2020 kuga ST-Line X. I think my drivers door speaker (Bang & Olufsen) is damaged!
I get a lot of distortion sound from it ... it sounds like its vibrating the inside of the door panel.
It makes it sound awful!
Any ideas?

Take it back to the dealer?
Thanks for the reply Murcod, I was thinking that myself but fear they will just blame me for trying to have it "too loud"!?

I'd take it back to the dealer.

I've had my Kuga's B&O system turned up full (it goes up to 30  ) just to try it and it didn't distort or vibrate.

The speaker's that would be used should be more than capable of handling the system that was supplied with the car.
So long as you have NOT changed the speaker then it should be under warranty even if it has blown (dodgey cone or similar).
Back to the dealer matey.

I've seen pics of the B&O speakers on the US Escape forum- they certainly don't look like anything you'd pay money for in a shop. (Just looked like normal cheap car speakers fitted from the factory.)
