Hi, does anyone know if the rear spoiler is glued on as well as the half a doxen torx screws that attatch it to the smaller tailgate before i attempt to remove it. Regards.

Hi, thanks for the info, it does'nt feel like its affixed other than with bolts as you can see it shake when you close the hatch but thanks for the illustration that seems to confirmn that.
I have come across a large rear spoiler so just got to getthat resprayed from black and it looks like a few minutes work to swap over the brake light and washer hose. Regards.

Hi,

I know this is a bit late for this discussion, but might help others.
Recently a car wash almost ripped off my rear spoiler, on my 2013 Mk1 Kuga.

I decided to remove it, to check if anything was damaged underneath it.
I found that there are 5 bolts holding it from the inside of the top small rear boot, no glued areas.

My brackets had come off on the inside and I just re-glued them back onto the spoiler and remounted it.

Thankfully no other damage.
