Just received a recall letter from Fords...the power steering return lines may have been assembled away from specification. Thiscould result in insufficient clearance with the crankshaft and/or air conditioning compressor pulleys. In extreme cases the line may be in contact with one or both of the pulleys which could wear through resulting in loss of power steering fluid and power steering assistance.
Mine looks ok, but will book it in with Fords asap.

Would't worry too much about it ips, recall is only on new Kuga's, like the one I have, andnot the olderKuga's with trays Ouch!! Important: But seriously as you have the older model worth checking out that your vehiclewas not included in thebrake recall earlier in the year.

just said Kuga RHD 2.0L Diesel, no particular age on the recall.....if you don't get a recall it may be worth checking yours?
