No chance of picking up R2 on the move here in Spain, not until I've worked out how to stream internet into the car at an afordable price, anyway. So, you are going to have explain to an expat what it is you are doing (togs= photog?) and the R2 connection.

Sticker: I stop for no particular reason!


I won't have a dealer sticker in my car - EVER!



Radio 2 connection: I am a devoted fan of Wake up to Wogan. His listeners are known as Togs (Terry's Old Geezers/Gals).



You will just have to go and do an occasional 'listen again' on T'internet!!

Well, in that case we must be the same generation, I certainly qualify as an old geezer!


I do sometimes kind of miss the days when I was a field engineer on the road and listening to the car radio hours on end. I don't miss thedaily jams routine though!

So far I'm loving it though still feel sorry saying goodbye to my Scenic - it had done 164,000 miles in under 6 years so I had come rather 'attached' to it. It looked rather forlorn when I deserted it at the dealership!
