Some time ago wee al wrote that he was unhappy with his Kuga, one of the reasons was that the front wheel bearings were replaced. Has anyone else had this done?
I'm pretty sure that before my summer trek (almost 5000 km in a week) there was no noticeable noise from the wheels. But during myjourney I started to notice a low pitch rumble that increases with speed, up until about 50 km/h when it is masked by other noises. It may be the tyres of course, but they look OK to me. My July 2008 Kuga now has 32000Km on the odometer, so is due for a service at 40K,and I will get Ford to take a look.
It would be handy to know if wee al is the only member that has had this issue
Thankx,
