Hi,

currently had a kuga 1.5 petrol which was bought recently.

full tank drove 328 miles and averaged 28 mpg mainly city driving like 97% of that was city driving!
Would you say this is good or bad and what do you guys average?

If a petrol auto then not too bad at all. I average just over 30mpg all local town driving and less than 15 minutes. But when on holiday recently I managed up to 42 mpg and would have been reaching 500 miles if all rural miles. Pretty good for a petrol!

Average 30 to 34mpg, but mostly motorway work. AWD doesn't help. Best achieved 38mpg worse 27mpg

I’d be delighted with 28, best I’ve achieved around town is 21.9 🤔
drive, fill up, repeat 👍

It’s the auto box and my big right foot that does it 🤬

I'm sure that's where the remap works as it gives you much more torque so less likely to floor it all the time as it's there from 1500rpm.

Commenting just for my signature - it contains my Kuga's real-time mpg (via Spritmonitor where I record each refuel)
