Hello

Anyone noticed the storage compartments under the passenger/driver seats? there fairly deep and useful for storing tools etc. Anyone know actually what they are designed to carry because they are segmented into specific shapes - i think i read somewhere these are for storing roof equipment?! Also, i believe there is further storage under the rear passenger seat. I was looking for a place to conceal the locking wheel nut which lead me to discovering more about the beast! (i meant beauty)!
Cheers all

Hi All

Do the seat bases actually lift up to get to this storage space? In the manual it shows the rear seat bases lifting, I have tried mine but didn't suceed, but there again I didn't force them too much as I didn't want to break anything.

Yes Springhead, they hinge forward to reveal 3 small but useful storage compartments. Just stick your hand down the back of the seat cushion and give it a pull. You should also do this first before folding the seat backs to ensure a flat, level load area.

If you're lucky, you might even find a few loose coins!
