Help. My 58 Ford kuga isn’t starting. There was a fault. With the ECU unit it was sent off to be fix. (It was starting / struggle to start before the ECU was fixed) when I got the ECU back it the car isn’t starting . The battery and oil light go out and come back. The immobilizer light keeps flashing to say the key or immobilizer hasn’t been recognised. Do I have to take kuga to ford or is it as simple as changing battery ?

Check the battery first especially if it has been standing for a while, If it doesn't start after a decent charge you need to suspect the ECU repair.
