Hi - ive a new 2021 Kuga and the keyless entry has been working fine, opening and closing both the drivers and front passengers door.

Ive no idea what ive done, adjusted, altered etc etc but now the keyless entry will only work on the drivers door - i cant lock my passenger door externally nor open the car via the passenger door although i have been able to in the past.

ive asked google, checked the battery, looked in my manual, got through my settings and still no luck

Please can anyone tell me what ive done or do i need to ask the grandchildren to fix

It's in the vehicle settings on the head unit iirc.

Go to Settings > Vehicle > Vehicle Settings > Locks > Unlocking

If you use the remote do all doors unlock?

I believe keyless entry has multiple sensors/antennas. Perhaps the one on the passenger side has failed.

Mmmm i will pop it into my local dealership, dont feel daft now if you guys don't know what the problem is.

ive had the car 3 months and bought it new (21 plate), was expecting some quick fix tbh, thought id probably 'pressed something'
