hi everyone I think I am going to have a go at replacing my right rear abs wheel sensor. I got forscan to diagnose and clear the code afterwards and have my trolley jack etc. I think I will save alot of money doing it myself. Can anyone help with a step by step guide and what tools I will need to complete the job and anything to look out for and be careful off. Thanks so much in advance to you all

It all depends on how easy it comes our of the hub.

Mine snapped off so required drilling a 3mm hole through the middle, winding a chipboard screw in and levering it out with a pair of long nose pliers..

You can only really drill 10mm down to avoid hitting the magnetic strip on the shaft, that would be a disaster.

Make sure it's clean and avoid getting any rust down the hole into the hub.

Some pics in my thread.
