I had reason to order a replacement locking nut key because the lock nuts were too tight (after a service by Hendys) when I went to change tyres to winters. The original lock nut key would not grip and neither did the new one for which I was not charged (good will). Slight narked by this, I went back to Hendys and they got their service guys to get the lock nuts off (and knackered them in the process) and replaced. Now I can get my winters mounted.
Good customer service, the way it should be.
On, and they'll also do a haldex oil and filter service for £120.
