Hello all
Just to say hello to everyone. We are a Ford family - Kuga, Mondeo and also a Capri. Sadly the Kuga has suddenly developed a gearbox issue (Powershift) which I'll post about in a separate thread. Really hoping it's not terminal!
On the positive note - the manual gearboxes in my Mondeo and Capri are fine 🙃

I’ve owned a couple Capris MK 1/2/3. I wish I still had the MK1 RS3100. Great fun in the dry but not so in the wet.

when I bought it I knew that I would need to replaced both doors, boot lid, both sills and had to plate the driver and passenger side floor due to rot.

Repainted back to original colour, Daytona Yellow and striped with black RS coach lines. Sold it on in 1979 to fund a mortgage.

Unfortunately it’s leaked like a Lada around the door seals and no doubt went to an early grave .
