My 4 week oldKugahad to have a new windscreen fitted today as the original wasn't working and had what looked like cracks in it.
Anyway I go over to pick my Kuga up and lo and behold the sevice manager can't find the keys! He looks in the safe, he looks in the office, we search all over the car, no keys! By this point, half hour later, Im' starting to panic.
I ask the manager was the car door closed and if so you must have opened it, as we had searched itmeaning the keys had to be somewhere nearby.(Being Keyless)I start looking underneath the car, all the way round and still nothing. The manager phoned the technician who had been working on the car, no joy. Hegoes off to deal with another customer so as to move her car. He pulls up along side the Kuga when he suddenly shouts 'there they are!' The dingbat
who had been working on my Kuga had put the keys on the roof underneath the roof rails!!!! When we had both recovered from heart failure I went on my not so merry way home.
