Hi , just bought a 2019 Kuga St line edition auto Awd. Especially when I reverse I can hear the fuel sloshing around as if there is no baffles in it . Anyone else have this please.

In a fuel tank you do not get baffles as such, there is a swirl pot this holds the fuel level so that your fuel guage does not behave erratically

I can also pick mine up doing it when pulling up at traffic lights. It's more felt through the floor pan as a very gentle thud than heard. Around 3/4 tank seems to be the worst.

Yup had the same thing when I got mine, its a bit unnerving at first, but it seems normal if a bit annoying! Full to 3/4 tank is the worst, after that it settles and at half a tank its gone :)

The fuel swirl pot only fits around the fuel sender/ pump so the vast amount of the tank is a void so there is loads of room for the fuel to slosh about and as the Kuga has a 60l tank there is a lot of room to slosh.
