I would guess it's "Part Number". That's one of the reasons why I hate acronyms although I do use them. It can sometimes bring a smile to my face when I Google to see what it is. I saw "RTFM" yesterday used by one of our members. That made me smile.
Probably... but then, when I'm not sure or in doubt - I ask... makes life easier, at least IME & IMHO.

Two more acronyms to Google up ;)

There is nothing wrong in asking if you are not certain. Providing the answer isn't in the manual of course.

It's Part Number. I hate acronyms as well, but I imagined in this well established group PN would be obvious - always something to learn I guess.

@Katakana54 I have actually wrote a letter to a Ford dealer where I happen to service the car, as it's still under warranty for another 2 years.

I got an initial reply from them, with the usual "Thank you for contacting blah, blah, blah..." b/s and saying they have fwd the inquiry to a specialist technician...

It's been 3 weeks, still no reply...

I guess I should call them or just visit in-person, as I live nearby.

If/when I have any development, I'll post in here. Truth is, I'm not keen on it, it's just a nice-to-have feature, but I certainly can live w/o it...

What does that mean ? 🤭
If I was being nasty, which I am most certainly not, one could say "look in the mirror and then try and say what it reads lol".

Well sometimes Phil I just can't tell if you are being serious or not, even after all this time. Keep it going, mate.

It’s a very good bad trait I have.

on a side matter, I was disappointed to see you hadn’t taken the crown back 😲
