Hi, once you have reached yourchosen speed you press 'Set' on the left hand side control on the wheel and + or - to hold it at, for example 70 mph. This will show on a green display on the dashboard. As soon as you touch the brake, the cruise control will come off but if youpress 'resume' as an option it will return to that selected speed. Hope that makes sense?

The on button energises the system with the off one doing the reverse. Once the system is energised it is activated by pressing the set button then adjusting the speed by pressing either the + or - button on the right side of the wheel. The resume button (top on the right) is used to temporarily de-activate the system without losing its memory of the last speed at which it was activated. Once the obstacle has been passed, and you wish to return to CC, pressing the resume button the next time will reactivate the system so that the vehicle will automatically accelerate or decellerate to the last speed set. Phew!
