Hi I've noticed a small hole in my carpet made by my clutch pedal touching the floor can it be adjusted to stop it going all the way down. Thank you in advance. I have looked but could not see anything.

Wouldn't of thought so, put some extra carpet ontop. Issue further prevented....

@Tandy2000 Definitely it shouldn't touch till carpet. I'm not sure what could be wrong with it but pedal has plastic shaft with is pressing to master cylinder it's ended by plastic ball as well. It might be worn due to ammount of use.
I looked for photos of used and new pedals and cylinders and it's hard to say there is any screw for heigh adjustment.
If you have access to Forscan you can check the PID for clutch, how much is pressed in % scale.

Maybe previous owner added some sound deadening mats under the carpet and rise it up?
