my 1500 petrol kuga titanium x 2016 year is charging up to 15v when running is this normal ,i know 14.6 v used to be the maximum is this ok ? and wont cook the battery , i did hear that there is some sort of differant system in use , can anybody throw light etc ,please

Smart charging will, IIRC, take you as high as 15.2v

I've posted then following in your other post too.

Has it got stop start? If so yes 15V is correct, in fact it may even go over that, particularly when decelerating as it boosts the battery from energy frecovered from over-run. I even see the charging voltage go as low as 13V too when the smart charging system thinks the battery is fully charged.
