Hubby has taken my Kuga back in to ford today again , he had it friday for the new part to be fitted and now today
Yesterday I moved the seat belt holder down as it was pulling on my neck

when I came back to put the belt on again , my seat belt wouldnt go back in and it seemed jammed .

I know its a new model

and things like this happened ,which never did on the focus

but it just get you so mad

so take care if you need to move your seat belt down



Im just very luck that I can have the hubbys car for work

or I wouldnt be able to go !!!

I've had a similar issue with my drivers side seat belt height adjuster... it goes up okay but wont come back down! Looks like the release button is not aligned with the actual locking mech inside the b pillar - lets hope the plastic isnt broken... as this will come back to the assy plant not following their process sheets and passing a poor quality part out to the customer!

well that's the same as mine Matt
couldn't be fixed that day , but the seat belt is now working again

Ordered new part

will have to go back once the part is here

in a week maybe ,
