I am sure that I have read or heard somewhere that you can change your preferences on the PS. Had a good look in the manual but can't see anything, maybe I am not looking in the right section?
has anyone else changed theirs and did it make much of a difference?
Many thanks.

Hi Championkuga,
Yes I had a play with this option on mine. There are three settings, Sport, Standard and Comfort. If you scroll through the options menu and click button on the stalk on the "Set Menu" icon and scroll down to Steering and press the button again, it gives you the three options to select. I have tried Sport and it does firm up the steering, giving you more ability to throw the car around and have tougher steering. The Comfort one does the opposite and makes it easier to turn the wheel and Standard is in the middle of the two. Happy driving! Freddie |

Thanks guys,
Thats really appreciated. I don't even know what mine is set to so it will be interesting tomorrow to see what difference it makes. 'Sport' sounds good!
Great to have such excellent forum members keen to be helpful to answer my girlie questions!
I'll let you know what the outcome is, that is if Salisbury is not under a foot of snow tomorrow!

When it is delivered it is set to "standard".
I have tried all 3 modes but I am back to standard. I also liked the sport mode but I am not the only one driving the car .The standard is still pretty direct and suitable for a sporty driving style! |

'Sport' mode also helps when driving in snowy and icy conditions as it gives you more feel and response |

Adjusted to 'Sport' mode today. There is definitely a different feel. Much more responsive and tighter. Think I am going to like it a lot.
Once again, many thanks guys. It was actually quite easy to reset. Don't know why I couldn't work it out

I have changed my steering from Standard to Sport, haven’t been out in it yet but the wife did last night (without me telling her I had) and afterwards said that she hadn’t felt a difference. We’ve only had the car a week and it was only her 2nd drive so perhaps she hadn’t got used to it as standard. Has anyone else changed this setting and noticed a better/worse difference? |

The difference from standard to sport is quite subtle. Leave it on sport for a bit then change to soft and you'll notice the difference

I have tried all 3 settings and honestly could not detect any real difference.
