If reflecting an actual change rather than just an editorial slip, the lighting change is probably covered by Ford's small-print right to make continuous "improvements" even if that means a cheaper nastier product at an increased price.  The improvement is to Ford's financial bottom line.

Makes you want to drive it, though not necessarily buy it.

No, it exists, but its called BLIS , as what you mention Adaptive Front Lighting. is a camera based solution and still exists as feature addon.

Or you simply just mean cornering lights which is the Adaptive LED lighting feature.

Adaptive lighting was as in the Mondeo, dip beams that at slow speed move side to side in sync with the steering angle. Unless they have changed the meaning of adaptive.

Fillco,
in my forthcoming new Titanium X with all available options except 19" wheels, retractable tow bar, dog guard and family pack it is still "less auxiliary heater" according to ETIS.

Less auxiliary heater and no mention of a supplementary heater?

No indication of even the existence of a supplementary heater at all on my ETIS listing.

Ever thought your dealing with a 'flyby night market trader'. What you think youve bought came from under the stall.

I know my Kuga is awfully cold and slow to clear the side windows without my own supplementary supplementary heaters. Why do they think we dont need it. Ah, bottom line.

Off topic sorry.

The brochure says Bi Xenons have progressive beam dynamic bending. It does confirms you get headlight washers, so not sure how that is a downgrade.

i found the proper info (Bi Xenon light) information from another press release, and can confirm its an extras package you need to buy, and not standard, expensive as well here.

The Ford UK website has last night finally been updated to say goodbye to the original MK2 Kuga.  I am not sure how many people will have wasted their time running through the configurator and pricing up a model that ceased to be orderable nearly six months ago.  This must be in readiness for the official 2017 facelift  event at dealers this coming weekend 17 - 20 February.
All Ford need to do now is make available a brochure which actually includes the full model line to replace the August 2016 printing which misses out the Titanium X and ST Line X as separate models.

Hey, I have just ordered the new st line x with premium sync 3, st line style pack, heather steering wheel, interior led light pack however it does seem that they have dropped led rear lights completelay unless you go for vignale which is madness. I'm trading in my titanium x sport 15 plate for it as I need to go back to 2 wheel drive as the 180 ps 4wd is a bit thirsty and I just don't need it. The 0% apr offer is good however there is still no new e brochure with the st line x on.

There isn't much info on the new facelift model, there are apparently new cubby spaces, also the rear seat trays are now gone that were on tit x before. Ford seem to release cars with hazy info however the new st x in magnetic with style pack looks so nice I couldn't resist.

I think they are LED but obviously nothing like the Titanium X/X-Pack/Vignale. In the photos they kind of look like a dimmer version of the LED brake lights on the Mk2 Titanium X and X Sport.

Looks like next Kuga price increase coming soon.  Senior executives at Ford are warning of further price inceases soon.  Assuming that those models at the oldest price point are more likely to have their prices increased first, the table of Ford UK car prices sorted by date shows the Kuga is second in line after only the Ka+ to take an imminent price hit.  Place your order now if you are contemplating an upgrade.
