Hi guys,

Havent had any chance of taking any pictures of my Kuga after collecting her yesterday, so thought I just make a quick one when I got home from work moments ago.

It was raining really hard, and I kinda like how the pictures turned out with droplets on her body.

So here is my humble contribution:

Nice pics KP,

I especially like the low-down view of the front end - the Kuga styling really suits your local number-plate design (white on black), and yours being white makes this even better.

But, you get RAIN in Brunei? Sorry, I had just sold my house and had booked air tickets for me and my Kuga, because your fuel was so cheap. Looks as if I'll have to change my mind again - we get rain here as well - so there is obviously NO real advantage to moving to Brunei at all.

Cheers,
Niall

Heh, Niall we do get rain, but not as often as with your side. Its now the end of the year, so the traditional end of year rain in here. Otherwise its usually hot and dry here.

I see the latest Euro updates on the Kuga haven't reached the far east. Recent purchases in Euro land have the new boot handle at bottom of tailgate and washer jets in the bonnet.

Good to see that the steering wheel hasn't moved over to the dark side in Brunei. Top bloke that Sultan chap

And you have 25C on the dash as well as 16p/L fuel.

So, at least the rain will be warm then!!! Maybe I will sort out a one-way ticket after all Cool

Cheers,
Niall

Thank guys for your compliments!

Good eye Niall, I was still trying to make out what the temperature was.

If you do come, you can be sure that the white kuga will be waiting to greet you on Brunei soil.

Hi KugaPrime,

I agree with Niall, the white on black number plates look realy cool. I see you have the power shift gear box. What are your impressions of the auto shift???

Cheers bayman

Bayman, I havent yet tried the power shift mode. Am still kinda just having as much fun as I am driving it around normally.

Today went at 160km/hr on the highway because some random woman was tailgating me when i was going at 120. The sheer power of the car and the fact I didnt realise I was going 160 was great!

I mean I had to really step on the accelerator to get my Landcruiser going at 120, and that sounded like the whole engine was gonna give way.

Hi KugaPrime,

You sound like you are really enjoying your Kuga, I haven't tried the 2.5T version of the Kuga, but I know my TDCI has plenty of power for its size. I normally cruise at 75mph on the clock when on dual carriageways, but when required for overtaking a slight pressure on the pedal sees her doing 95mph plus without any effort.

Have you seen kottri from Moscow's pics. She has a 2.5T as well.

Cheers, bayman
