Hi Everyone

I've just replaced my OEM Headlight Bulbs with some Philips X-treme Vision.

These bulbs are fantastic! they are brighter, whiter and give a great view of the road. The beam length is easily twice the length of the OEM bulbs, I was amazed at the difference!

I got mine from http://www.powerbulbs.com/ they cost £29 a pair and you get a free set of sidelight bulbs.

It takes about 10-15mins aside to replace as it requires the removal of the headlight unit, if anyone is interested I could make a list of instructions. Wink

Changed mine for the Osram Nightbreaker Plus version after my first drive in the dark.
Very impressed with them.
There has been a few people with concerns over the life of uprated bulbs but so far so good.

Have your tried this 6 page thread in the How To section of the forum?

There's plenty of helpful posts and even some pics I believe. http://www.kugaownersclub.co.uk/forum/replace-headlight-bulb_topic2034.html

Hi Kuga Steve...received my bulbs today but had a tentative pull at the trim (car only 21 days old) and it seemed pretty firm set ! If I should get the nerve to lever the trim some more does the headlight come out forward or backwards after operating the clips ? We need a video of this , of all the info on utube there isn't one for Kuga headlight bulb change ! Did you change both dipped and main beam ...I only sent for one pair intending to to changev dipped only but guess when headlight is out seems sane to do both. How about a video you wizz kids ...picture worth a thousand words
