Your 19" alloys look great, as does the scenery.  Also the roof cross bars look good.  What do you put up there? I was thinking of some only for my windbreak so I can keep the rear seats up, but dont know if i`d reach the crossbars? Were they expensive?  Bruce.

Just had a Thule roof box up there to save loading the car up.  The roof bar system is also Thule which consists of the 775 low profile foot pack and 869 aero bars.  I think they were about £125 excluding the roof box obviously Smile

Thanks for the pictures, I have been to the lakes many times but not yet in the Kuga, your post has encouraged me to go back soon.

Went to Windermere last Friday, drove down to the lakeside but was unable to find a parking space, busy! busy! busy, so drove back up the main road and parked in the village carpark, a stunning place, continued onto Penrith (giant carpark, don't bother) and then further North to Carlisle which was a really pleasant City, really interesting to hear both the Scottish and North East accents. Saw lots of Kuga Droolers on the M6, but the question is, did Bob see another Kuga?  . . . .  not a single one.
