Hi there and yes, it's normal. The display is linked to the cars 'CAN' bus which is a network inside the car. The network controller needs to monitor the car even when it's switched off after a run, just in case the water temperature should rise in the engine for example, and then the cooling fan will automatically switch on untill the engine is in a normal state. This takes some time, and the display stays lit for 20 minutes, and sometimes longer than that. It's a bit worrying at first, but as I say, completely normal.
