Confused Just came across this article. If true, the Kuga will be replaced with a common build for both Europe and North America in 2012/3.


I guess it's time to think about selling after all!

Or keep the one you have if the new ones coming from America to sell in Europe, which to be honest I very much doubt it

There is a related article I saw as well. The new Focus began production this week in Saarlouis, and this plant will be the sole producer. The factory will be at full capacity early next year, and so it seems much more likely that the production of the Kuga replacement will be in the USA.

Valencia took on the C-Max and there are no plans for the Kuga.


So, The Detroit show should answer a few questions, I guess. Wink

Valencia did take on the c-max, correct. but they will continue to build the current shape focus (older) for a while..........when they switch this product off...which car do you think will take this capacity.....?
I wouldnt believe everything you read in the press.
