Can we all list what we have been quoted for a new Kuga 2 to help each other get the best deals at the dealeerships.

For a new 2.0 TDCI (140) 2WD  titanium X with satnav + 19" wheels + app pack + keyless tailgate

I have been quoted 26,480 OTR    - £500 if i take ford finance....

I think i can do far better ..

Can anyone advise where to get the best deal..

Assuming metallic, that is nearly £1800 off the car, with an additional £500 ford credit deposit allowance, is actually a pretty strong deal, when considering anecdotal feedback I have from other customers.
Of course this is only half the story if you are part-exchanging your current car.  You need to consider what you think your current car is worth (if applicable) and what cost-to-change is acceptable to you.

Titanium AWD Diesel
Appearance pack (free option)
Convenience pack
Keyless entry with power tailgate
Metallic paint
£25000
£16000 for my Kuga Titanium AWD held until delivery of my new one which I thought was a good deal
but it is a low mileage
edit: renegotiated the deal

Yes, it's the extras that bump the price up, wanted parking sensors front and back, but you have to have the convenience pack with park assist for that, not interested in it parking itself but wanted the all round sensors.
Same as keyless entry, you have to have the power tailgate for that, which I wasn't to concerned
about.
Seems another way Ford can bump up the price
2month delivery wait, estimate which if it runs over I'm not too bothered as I still have my car to drive around in until then with the trade in staying the same

Assuming it's a Titanium, that's the best part of 7-grand off.  Very impressive.  Dealer is making a huge loss with your sale.

Many years ago (OK then many many) I bought a Hillman Avenger Tax free in Germany. I insured it against premature repatriation (through NAAFI) and as luck would have it I got repatriated on day 360. The insurance paid the import tax, car purchase tax, (can't recall if VAT was there back in 1973 though. Car cost £893 tax free...and wasn't worth anywhere near that. (:-)

When you say tax free do you mean VAT

Cheers,

I make that a 17% discount ( not including ins and brite - making it better ).

Something out of the ordinary. Seems most folk are being offered around 8-9%.

Unless they made up the difference a p/x side of the deal ?

Agreed Tony!

I am privy to information such as Dealers' margin structures, and trust me they ain't got 17% to trade on!  Nowhere near!

Credit where credit's due though.  Blinding deal.
